RDP - COVID FORE Grant

Faces & Voices of Recovery have teamed up with the Foundation for Opiod Response Efforts (FORE) to disseminate information and collect data on COVID-19 vaccines. The following survey will provide a baseline of information on our ARCO members, individuals in recovery, and COVID-19 vaccine information. The Recovery Data Platform (RDP) will be the primary source of gathering COVID-19 vaccine data.

For ARCO members who are currently RDP customers, you will receive information shortly regarding the process for entering COVID-19 data into RDP. For ARCO members who are not RDP customers, we are providing RDP LITE (Limited Independent Technology Expansion) to you at no cost. This will give your organization a chance to see how the Recovery Data Platform can improve your knowledge of the recovery community around you. It is limited in scope, however still powerful and helpful to your recovery community. We will be having training sessions in the future. You will receive notification for the trainings being held for this project. This survey does not register you for the future trainings.
